Our Mesken experience was great from start to finish. After having samples mailed to us (which arrived promptly) and being located in the NYC Area, we had a team come to perform measurements for our shades and curtains. To my surprise, it was the founder of Mesken who came to take the measurements. He was very thorough and efficient and helped me identify some considerations that I would not have seen myself. A few weeks later, the Mesken installation team arrived with the shades and curtains. The installation was flawless, the team even steamed the shades to help set the folds. We've been living with the new shades for the past week and they are fabulous. Look great, easy to use and complete the rooms. Highly recommend Mesken for window treatments - great service at a great price.

We recently bought roman shades for our nursery and guest bedroom. The shades look terrific and were easy to install. For our nursery, we ran into an issue where the material we wanted was no longer in stock. The Mesken team was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping us find a material that we liked even more. Shopping for custom shades can be stressful, and Mesken made the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

I ordered Mesken shades (Roman and roller) for nearly every window in my house. I was nervous that my measurements were correct and how they'd look in the end but everything turned out really well. There were a few tweaks that needed to be made and some delays were encountered because of COVID and supply chain issues, but Mesken was fantastic to work with -- quick to communicate, offer suggestions and solutions, and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I love all my shades! I highly recommend Mesken!
